Will standard US or European plumbing and pop-up drains fit this sink?

Yes. Every Mosalica ceramic vessel sink features a universal 1.75-inch (45 mm) center drain aperture with a diamond-ground flat base. It mounts flush onto any standard vanity countertop (quartz, marble, wood, or tile) and connects seamlessly to standard US/EU 1.25" and 1.5" non-overflow vessel pop-up drains and P-traps.

Does the undulating scalloped rim interfere with faucet reach or drain seating?

Not at all. The sculptural scalloped rim creates an organic artisanal silhouette, while the interior bowl geometry remains symmetrical around a diamond-ground level base and standard 1.75" center drain seat. Faucet streams land cleanly in the center with generous splash containment.

Is it easy to keep the scalloped ridges clean?

The double-fired mineral glaze creates an ultra-smooth, vitreous surface that naturally repels water and cosmetic residues. Everyday hand soap and water wipe away effortlessly with a soft microfiber cloth without collecting in the curves.

How is the ceramic protected during transit, and what if it arrives damaged?

Each sink is encased in high-density custom contoured shock-absorbing foam and crated in heavy-duty reinforced wooden packaging engineered for fragile architectural ceramics. Every shipment carries 100% full-value transit insurance. In the rare event of transit damage, our concierge coordinates an immediate, free replacement.

How fast is delivery, and will I receive live tracking updates?

Orders are securely prepared and crated within 1 to 2 business days, then dispatched via express air freight (DHL Express / FedEx). Doorstep delivery typically completes in 4 to 6 business days, accompanied by live end-to-end tracking updates.

How do I clean and maintain the ceramic sink?

The vitrified ceramic glaze is non-porous and stain-resistant. Clean with warm water and mild liquid soap using a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid abrasive scourers, bleach, or harsh acidic cleansers.

Can I order a matched pair of sinks for a double vanity?

Yes. When ordering two sinks for a double vanity, select quantity 2 and our atelier coordinates both pieces to be thrown and hand-painted from the same clay and glaze batch, ensuring visual harmony across your master bathroom countertop.
