Are customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees included?

Yes. All Mosalica orders ship 100% DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). All customs duties, tariffs, and clearance fees for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union are prepaid in full. The price displayed at checkout is guaranteed final with zero surprise charges on delivery.

Is this mirror ready to hang, and is mounting hardware included?

Yes. Every Mosalica mirror arrives with heavy-duty pre-installed welded brass hanging brackets on the solid reverse frame, engineered to support the weight securely on standard wall anchors and studs. High-strength drywall and masonry mounting hardware are included in the wooden crate.

What type of brass is used, and how will the unlacquered living finish age?

Each frame is hand-forged from heavy-gauge solid living unlacquered brass by certified Fez master maâlems. Unlike thin brass-plated or synthetic finishes, solid brass has an authentic, heavyweight tactile presence and will naturally develop a warm, living antique patina over time, or can be buffed with brass cream to maintain a mirror-gold shine.

Is this mirror suitable for humid bathrooms and powder rooms?

Yes. Solid brass is naturally impervious to rust and humidity. We use premium 4mm-thick distortion-free silvered optical mirror glass with sealed protective backing to prevent desilvering or moisture oxidation in steamy bathroom environments.

How is the mirror glass protected during transit, and what if damage occurs?

Mirrors are encased in high-density impact-absorbing contoured foam and secured in custom reinforced wooden export packaging designed for fragile architectural glass. Every shipment carries 100% full-value transit insurance. In the rare event of transit damage, our concierge coordinates an immediate, free replacement.

How fast is delivery, and will I receive tracking updates?

Orders are carefully inspected, padded, and crated within 1 to 2 business days, then dispatched via express air courier (DHL Express / FedEx). Doorstep delivery typically arrives in 4 to 6 business days with live end-to-end doorstep tracking.
